ASYS Solar will exhibit the semi-automatic X5 STS screen and stencil printer at booth# 5324 at the upcoming Solar Power International Show in Dallas, Texas. The show will be held from October 18 – 20 at the Dallas Convention Center.

The printer is specifically designed to allow processing of a large variety of flexible and rigid substrates (Hybrid Ceramics, Solar Cells, Wafers, LTCC) up to 350 x 350 mm in size. A porous stone vacuum print nest allows secure and convenient mounting of substrates of various shapes and sizes. Additionally, quick clamp adapter systems from several manufacturers can easily be integrated. A flying camera with the Ekra EVA™ vision system ensures +/- 12.5 μm @ 6 Sigma repeatability and facilitates pattern alignment for Dual Print and Selective Emitter technologies. With the convenient shuttle loading and automatic alignment, the X5-STS combines the benefits of an in-line printer with the flexibility of a semi-automatic system.
